Set amid an idyllic beachfront lagoon and featuring majestic views of the Pacific, Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa is our signature seafood and steakhouse restaurant that features fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients where you can enjoy an island-inspired breakfast buffet in the morning and fresh seafood while taking in the Maui sunset in the evening. Anchored at the center of the restaurant is the only aquarium bar top in Hawaiʻi, offering a memorable location for a tiki-inspired pre-dinner cocktail.
The menu spotlights fresh, sustainably sourced seafood, including locally farmed fish from Big Island-based Blue Ocean Mariculture and not-to-miss menu items like the Misoyaki Chilean Sea Bass, signature Seafood Towers, Coffee-Rubbed 12 oz. Wagyu Strip, and more.
